Overview

Located in the heart of Verona on Corso Porta Nuova, miscusi pasta fresca offers a fresh and vibrant take on traditional Italian pasta. This restaurant focuses on delivering handcrafted, high-quality dishes made from carefully sourced ingredients. The menu shines with homemade pastas such as the Rigatoni Baby Pomodoro and the rich Ragù Tagliatelle ai tuorli d'uovo, featuring premium Marango beef, alongside plant-based options like the Veg Ragù Fusilloni made from peas and lentils, appealing to a broad range of palates including vegans and vegetarians.

The dining experience at miscusi is streamlined and modern, with ordering managed via QR codes, allowing patrons to explore the menu at their own pace without waiting for servers. While this method may feel less personal, the staff remain warm and attentive, ensuring each guest feels looked after. Frequent visitors highlight the generous portions and consistent quality, making it a welcoming spot for locals and tourists alike.

One of the standout features is the variety of sharing plates like the Tris di Bruschette, featuring hummus, pesto Genovese, and burrata, perfect for sampling authentic Italian flavors in an informal setting. Signature beverages such as the regional M-spritz Veneto and classic Aperol Spritz complement the meal beautifully, enhancing the relaxed yet refined atmosphere of the space.

Visitors praise the approachable yet sophisticated approach to pasta, where ancient grains meet traditional sauces and Mediterranean ingredients, such as in the Tricolore Paccheri with Sicilian datterino tomatoes, pesto, and stracciatella pugliese. The location’s central position in Verona makes it easily accessible, ideal for those seeking a genuine taste of Italian pasta craftsmanship without extravagance but with unmistakable quality.

Overall, miscusi pasta fresca provides a fresh, inviting, and genuine pasta experience that balances tradition with innovation. It suits those who appreciate carefully curated dishes in a casual yet elegant setting, whether stopping by for a quick meal or sharing with friends. The combination of thoughtful menu choices, efficient service, and authentic flavors positions miscusi as a must-visit for pasta lovers exploring Verona.

Food was amazing! You could taste that it was freshly made. Would definitely recommend coming here! You need to order through a QR code, I find that less personal. But the staff is very friendly and nice!

Amazing - the food, the service, everything was great. We went there for two days in a row and absolutely loved it. The prices are reasonable - also big plus for the ability to order through the phone!!! No need to wait for the waitress, you can choose everything using the phone. Not sure why people are complaining here - portions are massive, pasta is great

Went there twice in 2 days. Unbelievable food, prices and service. Alene and Claudia spoke native level English and was a lot of fun with highest quality of service. Inusually don’t get such smiles and friendliness in Italy but only from these young girls

Pretty good, really polite staff and simple service. For English speakers/tourists you order using a QR code, and pay once all the food arrives - which was super simple. The food was good, although much better on our first night (photo one, we went twice).

We loved it so much we went twice! The make your own pizza option was wonderful for me (a picky vegetarian) and the service was fast and lovely. The tiramisu was also beautiful, and the proximity to the Arena di Verona is also nice. Would definitely recommend!

Food was fantastic and very filling. Nice flavours and some vegan options which you don't see very often in Italy. Very nice and fast service. We came here because of someones opinion about tiramisu, which said smt like "cosmic tasting tiramisu". They didn't lie.
